Safety overrides all other considerations. For this reason, full-time safety specialists are on site monitoring activities, updating procedures, and addressing issues relating to changing conditions.
A lot of incidents are a result of poor planning, poor communication, and perceived time pressure. These issues are addressed by routine informative and instructional meetings between workers, supervisors, and safety specialists. All our employees are trained in how to conduct field-level risk assessment – important before undertaking any task. They must complete an interactive training program and learn under the supervision of experienced drillers and safety specialists.
